7. Nonprofit Affiliation

Host with Melinda operates in partnership with STS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to educational and cultural exchange. All student hosting placements, application processing, and formal program responsibilities are managed by STS Foundation in accordance with U.S. Department of State regulations.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
